Storage Magazine Names StorSimple Among 2010 Products of the Year

Hybrid Cloud Storage Leader Honored with Silver Award in Disk and Disk Subsystems Category
Santa Clara, Calif. – February 18, 2011 – StorSimple, the leading provider of Windows- optimized cloud storage technology, today announced that it received a Silver Award for the Storage magazine 2010 Product of the Year in the “Disks and Disk Subsystems” category. StorSimple is the only hybrid cloud storage solution provider named in this category.
The awards were judged by the Storage magazine-SearchStorage.com editorial staff in conjunction with a team of users, industry expert, analysts and consultants on the following criteria: Innovation, performance, ease of integration into environment, ease of use and manageability and functionality and value.
StorSimple's highest scores came in the innovation and value categories. According to the article on the award published on SearchStorage.com, one judge commented on the StorSimple hybrid cloud storage appliance as “a highly innovative SAN storage, deduping, tiering, cloud gateway. It provides a seamless way to utilize cloud storage.”
